QuinVoy Booking by Text is a service of QuinVoy Inc. It lets QuinVoy account holders get a quote and book a chauffeured ride by texting 1-888-450-QUIN (1-888-450-7846). Our texts are replies to the messages you send: quotes, questions about your trip details, 6-digit quote codes, and confirmations or status updates for the booking you asked for.

The program is for existing QuinVoy account holders. Text us from the mobile number saved on your QuinVoy account; you must be the account holder or an authorized user of that number. If we can't match your number to an account, we'll reply with a link to create an account or book online, and nothing is booked.

You opt in by sending a text message to 1-888-450-QUIN (1-888-450-7846) from the mobile number saved on your QuinVoy account. Texting is optional: you can always book on quinvoy.com or in the QuinVoy app. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

A ride is booked only after you reply YES followed by the 6-digit code from your quote (for example, YES 123456). Replying YES accepts the quoted fare and QuinVoy's payment, cancellation and waiting-time terms, the same terms that apply to bookings made in the QuinVoy app, and the fare is charged to the default card on your QuinVoy account, as shown in the quote. We never ask for card details by text. To view, change or cancel a ride, use Your Journeys in the QuinVoy app.

Message frequency varies. You'll get replies to the messages you send, usually a few texts for each booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. QuinVoy does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll get a text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you reply START or UNSTOP to resume. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also opt you out. Texting STOP or CANCEL does not cancel a ride; to cancel a ride, use Your Journeys in the QuinVoy app. Opting out also stops texts about rides you've already booked; you can still follow them in the QuinVoy app and by email.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so for urgent changes to a trip, please use the QuinVoy app.

We use your mobile number to find your QuinVoy account, run your bookings and reply to your messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent won’t be shared with any third parties.
